Join a focused 2-day in-person LMKHealth workshop "PREVENT / REVERSE LIFESTYLE DISEASES Naturally " at PBW Experiential Centre, Gurgaon, designed to help you understand and implement PBWF/IF/10K in your daily life through talks, practical guidance and community support.

• Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (both days)
• Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and tea (no yoga sessions in this workshop)

Lalit Mohan Kapoor emphasizes that people often find retreats and intensive workshops far more beneficial than a stand-alone 2‑month course because of the immersion, accountability and community they create.

Participants typically form new friendships and informal support groups, making it easier to sustain PBWF/IF/10K habits after the event, organize potlucks or walks, and influence local eateries to add PBWF options. Many such peer groups have remained active long after past retreats in India and abroad, continuing local support activities and community initiatives.

Day 2 – Sunday, 8 Feb 2026

• 9:30 – 11:00 AM: LMK talk
• 11:00 – 11:30 AM: Tea break
• 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: LMK talk and implementation guidance
• 1:00 – 2:00 PM: Lunch
• 2:00 – 3:30 PM: Cooking / practical demo (PBWF-focused)
• 3:30 – 4:00 PM: Tea break
• 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Closing LMK session and action planning

Inclusions and exclusions

Included in the fee:

• 2 full days of LMKHealth workshop sessions (9 AM – 5 PM)
• Breakfast, lunch and tea on both days
• Workshop material/handouts (if applicable)

Not included:

• Any travel or local transport to and from the venue
• Accommodation/stay (this is a non-residential workshop)
• Any extra consumables or purchases

Discount eligibility

All participants who have attended any LMKHealth retreat within the past 12 months are eligible for a 20% discount on this workshop.

• Only one discount can be applied per booking.

Cancellation policy

• No cancellation charges if canceled more than 30 days before the workshop start date.
• 50% refund if canceled between 29 to 25 days before the workshop start date. Alternatively, a substitute participant can be nominated.
• No refund if canceled less than 25 days before the start date or in case of no-show; however, a substitute participant can be nominated.
• In case of cancellation due to the participant’s own hospitalization, the booking amount will be carried forward to any future LMKHealth retreat or workshop.
• If cancellation is by the organizers, all payments made will be refunded within 1 month.
