With this in mind, we have set-up a food company called PBW Foods Pvt. Ltd. which strongly believes in the interconnectedness between food & wellness.We offer a variety of food products that are in their natural form with no oil, no sugar, no artificial ingredients, no preservatives, no refined foods, and minimally processed. We offer a variety of combo meals and snacks that meet our plant-based whole foods criteria.

We have also opened our first experiential center in DLF Building 5 Tower A at Cyber City, Gurgaon where you can sample our food and attend regular evening talks, cooking demos, and weekend workshops.

Mr. Lalit Mohan Kapoor is the visionary founder of PBW Foods Private Limited, a company dedicated to promoting plant-based whole foods for a healthier lifestyle. Following a successful serial entrepreneurial career in Silicon Valley, Mr. Kapoor has delved into the field of Nutrition & Health. He writes weekly blogs for the Times of India on Nutrition & Health, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience. Lalit has also served as a guest faculty at IIT Kanpur, teaching Nutrition & Health. Through his NGO, Plant Based Wellness Foundation (www.pbwfoundation.org ) he empowers individuals to prevent and reverse chronic diseases, impacting over 200,000 members across 50 countries. His insights and practical advice have inspired many to adopt healthier eating habits and improve their overall well-being.
